Founded in 1967, the Heart of America Rugby Football Union is one of 37 Local Area Unions
within USA Rugby , and one of seven within our Territorial Union the Western Rugby Football
Union . Our member clubs are located in Missouri, Kansas, Arkansas and Oklahoma.
We have over 30 clubs that play at every level within the USA Rugby structure, including
men’s and women’s club, college, and high school rugby.

If a player is not CIPPed, they will not play rugby.
Referee's will police this policy using print outs from USA rugby.
Clubs should check each others match reports for non-CIPPed players.

The Heart of America has MANDATED all Men's and Women's Clubs provide
two Referee's to the Society. This mandate starts at the beginning of the 2008 Fall
Competitive Cycle. If you are interested in participating in a referee class please
