There was a skirmish following a ruck, and Stone was witnessed throwing a punch to chest of OKC player. Game was starting to get chippy, so red card was issued in order to settle things down. Punch was not overly vicious and was not directed at the head. Recommend no to minimal additional suspension.

Blues player, McDonough, was running with the ball towards PHS goal at about the 30M mark, several PHS players moved to tackle Mr. McDonough, he was held up by a one PHS player who was between Mr. McDonough and the PHS goal, another PHS player had Mr. MdDonough around the legs, a maul had not formed as another Blues player had not yet arrived. While attempting to break the hold of the PHS players, Mr. McDonough repeatedly, I saw at least two, stomped on the PHS player who held him by his legs, near his head. I blew my whistle and the stomping and all activity stopped. I dare say, there is a good chance Mr. McDonough may have continued had I not been right at the break down and observed teh foul play. I went to a red as the activity by Mr. McDonough was quite vicious.

Sandstorm was the captain of his side, and he and his number #8 were warned aobut coming in high and not attempting to wrap. 30 seconds later, Sandstrom came into a tackle high and did not wrap. Was properly contrite and played well/cleanly for the rest of the match.

STA played the ball from the ruck and was passing it down the line. The STA player did not have possession of the ball as he had passsed it down. #4 charged the STA player and led with his shoulder knocking the STA player, without the ball, to the ground.

Despite several discussions with the KU caption and the the player , Mr Mills continued to argue my calls and loudly claim various offenses . After speaking to the KU captain that further claims would result in a penalty , the player was penalised. The Captain was told that further comment would result in a yellow card .In the next play, further dissent was issued from the player and a yellow card was issued and as the player left the field he turned to me said " You are the worst Ref I've ever seen" . I then issued a red card. The player then went into a tirad of comments - " are you an IRB Ref" - "This is the last game you'll ref" " "this is illegal" . I then walked to the sideline to direct that the coach remove this player from the playing enclosure and it's surrounds -but again Mr mills came to me saying " I'm outside the ropes and you can't do anything to me " . At this stage I suspened play until he (and the previously mention red carded player ) removed themselves from the area . The KU coaching staff made every effort to remove both these palyers
